It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

2. What Are Cookies

4. Cookies on Chatbot Widgets Deployed by Customers
When a Customer embeds our chatbot widget on their own website, a limited set of strictly necessary cookies (session ID, conversation continuity, basic anti-abuse) are set to operate the widget. Any analytics or marketing cookies on that Customer's website are controlled by the Customer as the operator of that site, and are governed by the Customer's own cookie policy and consent banner — not this Policy.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some Cookies are placed by third-party service providers acting on our behalf or embedded on our site, including analytics, advertising, customer support chat, and payment providers. These third parties may independently collect data subject to their own privacy policies. We maintain a current sub-processor and cookie vendor list, available on request at [email protected].
