By accessing or using Xpecto® AI services, a product of Xpecto® IT Solutions (www.xpectoitsolutions.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Xpecto® AI provides AI-powered chatbot solutions that enable businesses to automate customer support, capture leads, and deliver instant answers using AI trained on your business data. Our services include chatbot creation, customization, analytics, and integration with your existing systems.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually based on your chosen plan. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 14 days of purchase.

Upgrades/Downgrades: You may change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Xpecto® AI to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to breach our security systems
  • Spam or harass users or third parties
  • Collect personal data without consent

6. Intellectual Property

Xpecto® AI and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Xpecto® IT Solutions and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data and content remain your property.

7. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability. We will notify you of planned maintenance when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

Xpecto® AI and Xpecto® IT Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
